Lethality - Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs how information is processed and protected when you use the Lethality.Dev website and related services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you confirm that you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Account identifiers: username, email address, password hash, registration date, optional email verification timestamp, and linked social account identifiers where you connect them.
Until your email is verified we may temporarily store a hash of the verification code, its expiry time, and the last time a code was sent.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device data, operating system, user agent, and timestamps.
Interaction history with the Service: sign-in events, purchases, LC balance and top-ups, approved LC refunds, support-related actions, and security logs.
Session and preferences: session identifier, interface language, and cookies required for basic site operation.
Community content: text you submit as product reviews and moderation metadata where applicable.
We do not require passport data, identity documents, photos, or other personal information beyond what is minimally necessary to operate the Service.
Separate activation, loader, or licensing systems linked from the site may process additional data under their own notices.

Authentication, account management, and delivering features you request.
Contacting you, including notifications and support responses.
Protecting users and the Service from fraud, spam, and misuse.
Analyzing and improving stability and user experience, including aggregated or de-identified statistics where possible.

We do not sell personal data for marketing.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service. Payment providers receive the data needed to process the national-currency transfer; they do not operate your LC balance.
Data may be shared when necessary to fulfil obligations to you, for example when working with payment providers.
We may share information if you have given explicit consent.
If payment or delivery is handled by a partner, that partner processes the data needed for checkout according to its policy.

Data is kept for as long as needed to achieve the purposes described in this Policy.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data.
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing; we do not store plaintext passwords.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Account data is kept while your account exists and for a short period afterward if needed for legal or security reasons.
You may request deletion of personal data where applicable law grants that right. Contact us through the support channels shown on the site.
Some records may need to be retained longer when the law requires it.
