Rules for using lethality.dev and related services
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern use of the Lethality.Dev website, account area, catalog, and related services operated under the Lethality brand (the "Service").
By using the Service, including registration, sign-in, balance top-up, purchase, or access to digital materials, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.
If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
2. Nature of digital goods and services
The Service provides intangible digital goods and services, including software access, informational materials, support, and related online features.
Materials may include information from public sources, original content from the administration and/or third parties, and structured descriptions, recommendations, and updates.
What you pay for is selection, presentation, support, maintenance, and updates, not a claim that every piece of information exists only here.
We do not claim that every element of the materials is unique or unavailable outside the Service.
3. What the Service provides
The website publishes information about digital products, prices where configured, account features, and links to community and support channels.
Software is provided for lawful personal use only. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any game, platform, or jurisdiction that applies to you.
Features, compatibility, availability, and support scope may change without prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
Harassment, hate speech, extremism, doxxing, malware distribution, fraud, or attempts to disrupt our infrastructure are prohibited.
You must not attack, defame, or impersonate the project, its staff, or other users.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, tampering with licensing or protection mechanisms, or redistributing our software without permission is prohibited.
5. Lawful use
The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or assist unlawful activity.
You agree to use the Service only within applicable law and third-party rules.
Responsibility for the legality of how you use the materials and services rests entirely with you.
6. Technical conditions
Products may use device or account binding, hardware identifiers, or similar mechanisms as described in the relevant activation or loader service.
The product is considered activated from the first launch (first sign-in) in the loader or activation service.
Hardware changes may be treated as a new device for licensing purposes.
Game or OS updates, anti-cheat changes, or third-party software may affect stability or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Lethality Coin (LC)
Lethality Coin (LC) is the internal unit of account of the Service. Catalog prices, the account balance, purchases, promo credits, and approved refunds are expressed in LC.
The Service uses a display peg of 1 US dollar = 100 LC. LC exists only inside the Service. It is not cash, not a bank deposit, not electronic money, not a payment instrument, not a security, not an investment product, and not a cryptocurrency offered for trading or exchange.
LC may be used only to pay for digital goods and services on the Service. LC cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person except where the Service expressly provides that function. LC is not redeemable for rubles, dollars, or any other national currency on demand.
When you top up, you pay a national currency (typically Russian rubles) to a third-party payment provider. After the payment is confirmed, the Service credits the corresponding amount of LC to your account as an advance toward digital services. The LC amount credited is the amount you selected at checkout; the provider charges in the national currency at the rate and fees shown before payment.
LC is recorded in whole units. Amounts are rounded according to the rules of the Service. Bonus, promo, and complimentary LC may have extra limits and are not treated as paid-in funds.
Unused LC stays on the same account. The administration may freeze, write off, or refuse to honour LC if the account is used in breach of these Terms, in fraud, chargebacks, or other abuse, or if required by law or a payment provider.
8. Payments, delivery, and refunds
By placing an order you ask the Service to start delivering the digital content immediately (license, key, download, or other access). You acknowledge that once access is issued or the product is activated, you lose any statutory cooling-off / withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to distance contracts for digital content, to the extent such a right can be waived.
The product is activated from the first launch (first sign-in) in the loader or activation service. Revealing a license key, starting a download, or first launch each count as the beginning of performance.
Because the goods are intangible and performance begins at once, money is not returned to the bank card, e-wallet, or other payment method after access has been granted, except where mandatory law or the payment provider expressly requires it.
If the administration approves a refund, it is made only in LC, to the LC balance of the same account that paid. That LC credit is the sole form of refund under these Terms. LC credited as a refund may be spent on the Service; it is not an obligation to pay out cash.
A refund in LC may be considered only if, due to a fault on our side, the service was not delivered, access was not actually provided, and the product has not been activated. Contact support within 24 hours of payment. After activation, there is no automatic refund; any LC credit is solely at the administration's discretion.
No refund (including no LC credit) is due if: the product was activated; you used it and it later failed after you changed hardware, reinstalled the OS, changed drivers, or altered the system; you did not meet the published system requirements; a game, anti-cheat, or platform imposed a sanction; you activated on hardware you do not control; access was revoked for breach of these Terms; or the issue comes from an unsupported environment. Promo, bonus, and complimentary LC are not refundable.
You agree not to open a chargeback, dispute, or payment claim with the provider without contacting support first. An unfounded chargeback is a material breach: the administration may suspend the account, revoke licenses, and withhold LC, without limiting other remedies.
Checkout may take place on third-party payment pages. Their terms, KYC, and anti-fraud rules apply to the money transfer. The Service is not a bank or payment institution and does not hold your national-currency funds.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain in force. Where you act as a consumer and a non-waivable rule of your country requires a different remedy, that rule prevails only to the extent it is mandatory. In all other respects these Terms govern.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations, produce any financial or other results, or run without errors or interruptions.
Digital products and related tools are used at your own risk. All decisions about using materials or recommendations are yours.
We are not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profit, game or platform sanctions, data loss, hardware damage, actions of third parties, or temporary outages, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Intellectual property
Branding, software, documentation, and site content are protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties, or otherwise use Service materials without permission from the rights holder.
Violations may result in access restrictions without compensation.
11. Access restrictions
We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these Terms, if abuse is detected, or if required by law or payment providers.
Restriction of access does not cancel obligations that arose earlier.
We may refuse service to users whose actions create elevated risk for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
12. Privacy
We may collect the minimum technical and account data needed to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect data but do not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version is always published on this page.
Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Contact
For questions about the Service, payments, LC, or these Terms, contact support through tickets on the site (Dashboard → Support). Discord is for community only and is not a support channel.
15. Final provisions
The Service is intended for users who have legal capacity and are at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority in their place of residence). If you are younger, you may not register, top up, or purchase.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including tax, foreign-exchange, consumer, sanctions, and third-party (game/platform) rules. The Service does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that use is lawful where you live.
If any clause is held invalid, the rest of the Terms stay in force. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
The Russian and English texts are provided for convenience. If they differ, the Russian text prevails, unless mandatory law of your country requires otherwise.
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. The administration of the Service is the operator of Lethality.Dev.
